pictures of Murphy, my crowntail

I posted about getting Murphy a couple weeks ago...well, I finally am able to share these pictures with you guys. He is actually only this red when he's flared up...when he's relaxed, he looks purple and blue. Still working on getting really good pictures, but, these turned out all right. I think we are going to check out a fish store soon, to see if we can find one more betta that we like...David's going to pick this last one, though, as I've found the three we have.

Murphy is so cute! He looks almost like a black orange in that lighting. =0) Gotta love CT's, especially with the nice full rays that he has.

Good luck finding your next Betta! If you want to wait 2 months, I would send you a baby... hehe.

Aw, thanks for checking my newest betta out! I can't wait to find Connor! I told David that we needed to get a fifth one and name him Fiver (from Watership Down. But, hahaha, neither of us want any more! I hope we're able to find a pretty one at a fish store.
