ok, so I don't know if it's Charlie peeing in the bedroom or if it's my cat. How can I tell? He potties outside. He normally doesn't have access to this room, but it was open and I went in there and there was a puddle.
When he has to pee, and he has an accident, he does it in the living room, same room as the back door.
So if it is him, it's territorial. Or if it's my cat it's same thing. They are both fixed. Tho Charlie got fixed in march I think I can't remember date.
I haven't got a crate yet, but at night we gate him up in our room and he does fine. When we're gone I lock him in the master bathroom and he does fine.
BUT if I leave him out while we're gone, even if he just went potty, and we come back to a puddle in the living room. Not bedroom.
He is good while he's in our sight.
How can I tell if it's cat or dog pee? I've got him on his leash with me now. Like that nilf program

). Is your cat litterbox trained, or do you let him out to do his 'business'? My cats will not usually tell me that it's time to go out, and only one of my dogs will, so I know if there's been an accident, it's either one of the cats or my other dog, but the smell is the main way for me to tell.
