    Some news and *pics*

wow..I´ve been so busy now, that I guess I´ve missed lots of things going on here in PT? am I right?
I dont remember if I already said that I went to Florida in january... then I went to Latvia (I was born there) in february, and now I just returned from England, where I went to Crufts, which is one of the biggest dog shows in world!

Well, if I havent posted the link to my Florida trip, then the photos are here:
    http://www.dyrarikid.is/gallery/AlbumSkoda.aspx?A=4608

In Latvia I met my friend, and of course the horses I used to ride and train! First of all I met my dear Tornado, can you imagine - he´s 22 years old now!!!OMG, time goes so fast!!! But stil he´s lively and I guess he even remembered me! here are some photos of him!(and me)

I also went with my friend horse back riding on her horse - his name is William, he´s pure hannoverian (his granpa is Weltmeyer, very famous german horse). That was fantastic ..here are also some pics

    to be continued....

And of course Crufts - omg, that was the most amazing dog show that I have ever been! It was fantastic!
I was also showing one dog, called Lockheath Yarra Glen, his call name is Dram. He is of course gordon setter! we didnt get any place, but still it was amazing experience to show in dog show like this!

here are some photos taken after show. Too bad no one took any pics when I was in show ring with Dram!

rest of photos from Crufts are here:
    http://www.dyrarikid.is/gallery/AlbumSkoda.aspx?A=4956

I was not soo sad that we didnt get any place, because the judge came and said that she really liked the way I handle dogs, and other people should learn from me! That made my day

    OOHH..almost forgot...
We had a show in begginning in march here in Iceland. I showed two dogs, Diva (Gordon setter - Amscot Diva Belle) as always. She got BOB and I also did show Cairn terrier called Tomas (forgot his full name) and also we got BOB...I dont have any photos yet!

    that´s it thanx for reading

PS - oh, I also forgot, that I´ve started riding again! Icelandic horses of course! I help one lady in stables, and I get to ride horses as well. I will take my camera with me to stables some day and take some photos, so I could share with you ...

Wow, you really have been busy, but it is all very wonderful things. I could actually feel the excitement in your post. I bet being at Cruft's really was an extremely exciting experience, I am so glad you got to show there. And taking two dogs to Best of Breed at the Iceland show is fantastic. So when are you going to show over here?

Hey! Esster! Nice to see you post agian. Nice pictures, Tornado looks like a sweetie. I just found out another woman I'm in grad school with grew up with & has a ton of horses, she mentioned liking Hanovarians, too. Congratulations on your BOB showings, that's great! And thanks for posting the Crufts photos, looked like a wonderful time! I really liked the pictures of you & Storm, he looks soooooo soft! How could you not just cuddle him?
