    M&M Tortellini

Just had to bring this thread back up after seeing it in the listing for winning threads of 2003. My two FINALLY perfected the double tortellini .... Glad I caught this pic as they've NEVER done this again!

I have a world class sleeping cat, but at 21 pounds, she cannot make a purrfect ball. She is a stocky cat with a thick neck, and a short tail like a Manx. Her picture is here:

Here's Katie's version... not her usual perfect O but being knocked up will do that to a cat.

Hello Redhedd, Sweetie blushed when she read your compliment This "little girl" guards the bed in case a stray centipede comes my way when I sleep. You have a beautiful family too.

As soon as katie has her babies I'm sure i'll have a whole bowl of tortellini! (She says thanks btw, RedHEdd.... but then... she's always been rather vain. )

    Tortellini

Wow! Tortellini is the perfect word for describing this classic kitty pose. Filou has obviously perfected this pose to an Art Form. One of my cats "Cecil" has his own sleeping pose. He prefers to sleep on his back with his front legs streched out forward, and his back legs spread out! He looks slightly obsene sprawled out like this, but he looks so funny and relaxed that it always brings a smile to my face.

    Yay! More gorgeous Tortellini Babies!

Neither of my two do the "tortellini" very often, though it might come onto the menu as winter comes along!!

Mum to two little humans, a very vocal 14 year old Ragdoll, and a super energetic and snuggly rescue kitten.

This is a professional lazy cat! I love her, she guards the bed at night and the person sleeping in it. See the attachment, when Angel slides in bed there is little room left for me.

LOL!! It starts like this: at 7pm, She goes into the bedroom and secures the bed. I will hit the sack around 10:30pm. It's quiet for about 10 min, then the 19 pound Tabby comes in, jumps up by the calico. He grooms her, but this escalates to swatting, hissing, and we have a regular territorial battle going on. Both knock each other off the bed fighting, then return while I'm asleep, one on either side of me. This ritual has been going on for at least 2 years, it's a riot. They are crazy cats, I love 'em!!!
