This is just the best news. Bassett looks absolutely wonderful. I think that photographer has a future.

Bassett we are so happy you are back to tortietude again and know how to put your servants in their place

I wouldn't have thought it's possible after a surgery like this. Ok you may have used one of your nine lives but the other seem to be stable and strong. Way to go.

    Ohhhh Yipeeeee!

I'm so glad to see & hear that Bassett is doing so well The pictures of her were wonderful (like the "caution" pic ) and the videos (the one I've watched so far) are terrific, I felt like I was there!
Too bad she bit the tech (but hey wouldn't you want to too ). I hope she gets to come home with you very soon!

    Dear A/V department,
Thank you very much for the pics, and videos...it felt like we were there. Prolly a good thing that we weren't, as I don't know if the clinic could hold all of us.

Bassett, way to bite people! Keep getting better and better, and soon, you will have Mommy and Nathan all to yourself.

    Good luck, still praying!!!

The pictures are wonderful. Thank you A/V Dept.
Gentle pets coming your way. You'll be home soon, Bassett.

Couldn't see the videos. RealPlayer does come up but no pictures. Will try again. Maybe I need to update.

she is in pain Im sure, and is scared by all this, so she took it out ont he vet tech and BIT her! poor kitty! that last pic, her eyes really look scared. I bet she's wondering, hey what have they done to me?"caution...cat with attitude "!

any chance we can see a pic of the incision? that maybe be gross but...

    get well soon Bassett!

Oh Bassett, I'm so glad to see you haven't lost your tortie-tude through all of this. But you really must be nice to the vet people. They are doing their best to make sure you're ok. We'll have to wait for an official weigh-in on the subject from Neko1, but I think the vet techs would be glad that you're so feisty because that means you're feeling much better - although I'm sure they wish you weren't quite so feisty.

She really looks good, and it's great news that she may be able to come home, but I can understand your concerns, Naomi. It's best that she be where she will get the best care until she's totally ready to come home, and you're totally comfortable with doing all that's necessary for her.

Thanks again A/V Dept. Keep up the great work, because we will definitely want to see more pics and videos as Bassett heals.

Was good to see Naomi and Nate again and I felt quite privileged to get a head-bumpie from Bassett. She's a very pretty kitty and is better looking in person. Thanks for the videos and pics Nate. They're great!

Not to worry, Slick, you looked great, and did a great job of presenting the thank you's. I would never have been able to do that without breaking down in tears after about the first few words.

I'm glad you were able to be there to give support to Naomi.
