Chrissy, my heart goes out to you. After such a sudden death it's hard to come to grips with everything. Talking about it is good. Years ago my friend Carol lost her husband tragically from a fall from the 14th floor of a highrise. He was a construction worker. Carol said that the best therapy was to talk about it right away, and that she did. She also encouraged her children, then 6, 8, and 9 to talk about it too. It really helped in the healing.
56 is such a young age to be taken. RIP Uncle Jerry.
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, champagne in one hand and strawberries in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and screaming WOO HOO - What a Ride!
