    PT PenPal's.. *Questionare*

    This is for everyone who is participating in the PT Pen Pal's for November and December. Please fill out the questionare below and email it to [email protected]. I will NOT except any by PM, because it will be too confusing for me. The deadline is October 20th, please have them in by that time! After i recieve all of the questionare's which i hope will be by the 22nd () I will begin to sort them out and give you your new pen pal.

    *Reminder, you don't have to stop mailing your old Pen pal. This is a chance for you to get to know other PTers that you may not know too well. Hopefully you've already gotten to know your old Pen Pal.

    1. What is your Full Mailing Address?

    2. What is your PT User ID?

    3. How old are you?

    4. What type of pets do you have? What are their names?

    5. Are you allergic to any type of pet?

    6. Do you have a hard time reading print, cursive, different colors, or anything else?

    7. What are your hobbies, interests, etc..?

    8. Do you collect anything?

    9. What is your favorite color?

    10. Any exciting news in your life that you'd like to talk about?

    11. Is there anything you wish NOT to talk about in your letter?

    12. What part of the forum do you post in most often?

    13. Do you wish to receive emails instead from your pen pal?

    15. What is the name of the Pet-Talker that you last?
