I believe you're right here!!
Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) is a full management plan in which stray and feral cats already living outdoors in cities, towns, and rural areas are humanely trapped, then evaluated, vaccinated, and sterilized by veterinarians. Kittens and tame cats are adopted into good homes. Healthy adult cats too wild to be adopted are returned to their familiar habitat under the lifelong care of volunteers

Congratulations on adopting Cracker Jack!! He's such a handsome boy! You have such a kind heart to adopt an older cat. I love hearing adoption stories of older kitties, that just makes me very happy!

Cracker Jack is perfect - the name, the kitty - and I am so glad you 'dopted him! Peanut may not be glad right now, but given time, they'll go together as well as peanuts and cracker jack the real thing! He's very handsome, and a sleek-coated contast to Miss Flufflygirl!

Yipee! I am so glad for you, Terry, Peanut and for CJ

Btw, Debbie, when we brought Pichu home and Juni was hissing constantly, he wasn't reacting in any way. I think that is a good sign.

Oh WOW! CONGRATULATIONS Debbie - what a beautiful boy Cracker Jack is!!
This is a lovely surprise and I wish you all lots of happy years together.

Such a clever, handsome boy to get the right furrever home.

Hope it's not long before Peanut stops hissing and being female and just gets on with loving this gorgeous furboy.

The pics., are tremendous and I think I'm in love alreadyxxxxxxx

Thanks again everyone. He sure is a sweet boy.

And not to worry Phred, I've got more CJ Tailz to tell, but I have to download, then upload the pics first!

Patience my dear, patience.

Just a quick tidbit. More hissing this morning from Peanut, more "no reaction" from CJ. He was eating her left over treats (that I brought into the bedroom for him) and I held the door open so they could see each other. Peanut hissed, Jack looked, Peanut hissed, Jack looked, Peanut hissed, Jack went back to eating, Peanut hissed, Jack kept eating, Peanut hissed one last time and walked away in disgust. No real "aggressiveness"(is that spelled correctly? ack-who cares!) on either part, just a bunch of hissing and growling on Peanut's part. Woo hoo, what progress!

Awww... way to go CJ! Just keep up ignoring her hissing and she'll give up. Maybe she'll turn those hisses into purrs?

WOW!
Welcome CJ! I bet you have a black cat guardian angel!

Don't pay Peanut no never mind! Once she realizes she can't chase you off, she will mellow out. Look at a certain Edwina!

Congratulations to the entire family!
