    Pictures of Gabe trying to keep cool in the heat!


    I think I had a rough night! This is how I woke up, can you imagine?





    My Mom brought this really neat blue/cat print mat/blanket home from the grocery store. It is catnip scented. I had dibs on it first, then I shared. Well, I had to!


    This is called "the coffee table spread" and it makes the glass top so messy that my Mom yells for me to "Get Down"...she let me stay this time!


    I let Miley sit on the new mat. She is not feeling well again, and I felt sorry for her.


    Gosh, it is just so hot. I must go back to my original spot and relax some more!

    I don't know which is funnier - the pictures or the narrative!! LOL! Sallyanne you are too much! Thanks for a good laugh on this hot afternoon! I bet Gabe is wishing for another haircut about now! He is getting pretty hairy again! Give little Miley girl a hug from all of us. Gosh we hope you feel better soon. You look so uncomfortable!

    Great pictures. There's been a lot of tummies waving in the air trying to beat the heat, here too. Hope sweet Miley gets to feeling better soon. Thanks for sharing the pictures and story with us.

    That Gabe is such a character! Sure looks like he's made himself quite at home. My mom's Cranker sleeps with tummy wide open too (he's not shaved).

    Great pictures, and I really hope little Miley is feeling better soon.

    It gets HOT in Vermont?????? Oh my gosh... I've always pictured it as cool except when it is cold....(Vermont is one of the four lower states I haven't visited -- so my impressions are from books and movies!) But then again I was on a plane recently returning from Dallas and the Texans around me were discussing Chicago...one said to me "Isn't there a lake or something in Chicago?"
