Julie, I am so glad that you and your husband are going to be able to attend the BBQ. I just know that you will have a great time meeting everyone and have a lot of laughs.

If you don't - well, you will have enough stories to tell your friends for a lifetime!!

The BBQ is still about three months away - and when the time draws closer, I will ask you to p/m me with your email address and I can give you all of the particulars.

Again, this is exciting news that you will attend........actually meeting other Pet Talkers makes something magic happen.........suddenly you have friends from all over the country........and who knows.....maybe around the world. The names have faces - the faces of people who have joined this forum because they dearly love their pets.

    WELCOME!!

And a word of advice to people bringing signifigant others...

Please try and explain to them as much as you possibly can about Pet Talk so when the stories start to fly they aren't left out....

    False teeth spark murder hunt

A German pensioner sparked a murder hunt after she found a pair of glasses and a set of false teeth in her garden.

Police dug over her entire garden following 85-year-old Iris Muller's find in a flower bed at her home in Kassel.

Eventually, the mystery was solved when he found a man's wallet in his garden.

All three belonged to a local man who confessed to losing all three after a heavy drinking session.

He said: "I remembered falling over a garden wall but could not remember which one."

Sounds alot like a SoCal BBQ......

Oh my bf knows TONS about what happens here at Pet Talk, mainly because I never shut up about it. If anyone wants to meet some of my critters and has extra time (not at the barbecue) but I'll have some rats, my glider, and a hedgie going with me.
