We're sorry the number you have dialed is out of order or have temporarily disconnected...

Dial on, I'll be at home!

    MrRuffruff is in the house.....

We picked her up to make sure she made it to the neighborhood safe and sound....

We have just poured the first slushie of the season/party (It's hard work to get rolling for a Ca BBQ...)

    Let the games begin!
WHAT? - I just read this to Byron and he is extremely disappointed that the party (or at least the slushies) started without him.

Mary - I'm so glad to hear you are safe and sound and not wandering the streets. Now remember - don't talk too loud in Gini's backyard

We're packing now, (while watching "Army of Darkness") and will be on the plane tomorrow. Watch out LA!

Now, where can we rent a Hummer?

    **ahem**
Please don't forget to sign my apron, everyone. Hopefully it will arrive there today.

So I can just see them now. Mary and Gini are sitting outside on the patio in their jammies with coffees in hand and making out the agenda for the day. Damn, I wish I could be there.

Actually, Mary and Gini are "inside" having morning coffee and talking about all of the kitties that have owned us.

Rascal just adores Mary - she has that special soft touch - and Annie not wanting to be left out - has shown up too. Emma - well..........she is under the bed.........her usual safe spot.

We are talking about getting the day underway...........

Staci arrives tonight - I will be tracking her flight (thanks to Phred).

Yes, Slick, I do have a picture of Mary at the airport - just as you asked.

Your package arrived a few days ago.........and I won't forget the apron
    signing, I promise!

I **should** be in Cali in less then 12 hours!
    Prayers please?

6:00 am Laurie's time would be good.

Speaking of phone calls, I missed a call last night on my cell phone. Somebody with a 954 area code. Anybody I know?

Mary, I'm SO glad you made it easily this year with no street roaming involved. However, just think of the excitement and drama you missed out on this year. Maybe you'll want to take a roam around the neighborhood in the wee hours......just for old time's sake?

Arrow The Flock is Gathering ...

Another of the Chicks is winging her way westward ...

Delta and two of the Flight Trackers all say Staci's Big Byrd took off from
Columbus at 6:22 pm and headed off towards the left coast.

She's due to land at Los Angeles (LAX) about 7:38 pm CALIFORNIA time
or 10:38 pm EASTERN time. Se's on Delta Airlines flight 1451.

Zippy-Kat has a two-step adventure scheduled for tomorrow.

She gets on Southwest Airlines flight 690 at 10:25 am (Friday) in Midland-Odessa, TX
and appears to fly backwards in a time zone shift - arriving in El Paso, TX at 10:15 am - 10 minutes before she left!

After an hour and a half layover, she gets on Southwest flight 305 at 11:50 am
for the 2 hour hop over to Los Angeles (LAX) - arriving 12:50 pm CALIFORNIA time
    or 3:50 pm Eastern time.

    Yuns all Fly Safe!!
