I learned a new trick today, by Deuce...

    WOOO PT,

Today I learned a new trick. It's called skijoring and it's lots of fun. First Mom put me in her truck all by myself--a truck ride and I didn't have to share the human, this has got to be good! Then she put my harness on me. My harness is solid black and I look very handsome in it. Oh, and I LOVE wearing it. I was born to pull!

Ok, let me get this straight, Mom. You want me to run as fast as I can and you are going to ski behind me? Ok, Got it.

I'm ready to run. I'm always ready to run!
I pulled Mom for about 7km. Sometimes I went really fast and sometimes not so fast. Mom said I did really, really, really, really good. The only time I was any trouble was when we saw a lady out walking. I wanted to say hello to her, but I'm supposed to keep running when I am working! It just took me a minute to remember that!

WOO HOOO, there are even treats involved in this skijoring stuff. I LOVE Treats!! (I love a lot of stuff!)

Then I got a ride home in comfort!

Mom said I might be her new skijor racing dog! Raven used to go with her(I love Raven!), but last year they had a big wipe-out and now Raven isn't so sure about skijoring! There are two skijoring races coming up soon. I think it would be fun to go racing. Mom says she's gonna tell everyone at the races that I almost got killed for being hyper! She gets very mad when she thinks about that. One of the people who said I should be killed sometimes goes to those same races. Mom and I think it would be extra fun to beat her team!

WOOOS for now, PT. I still have energy to burn so I'm going to play with Raven and Mac.
    WOOOO

Oh Deuce, you would not believe what a big smile you put on my face this morning. I was thinking about those people who thought you weren't worth saving while I was reading your post. You sure are a handsome, happy, lucky guy. You go Deuce, and kick some skijoring butt.

Wooooooooooo, Wooooooooo Deuce. You Rock!!! As my step kids would say!! You've really come into your own, I'm so proud of you. I hope you do get a chance to get into that race and beat the pants off of everyone and put to rest any thoughts anyone had that you should be PTS. Whoever thought that obviously didn't know a good dog when they saw one!

Oh Deuce what a lucky & good boy you are! I bet your momma is so proud of you!

I've been wanting to skijor for years now, never had a healthy enough dog to do it. Maybe when kaige gets a little older I can try it with him (Of course I have to learn how to ski first) lol
