Huney, Bon & Simba-missed so very much
Remembering all the Rainbow Bridge Pets
He and Louie would get a long great then! We go through SO many tennis balls, that I buy them off of Ebay in big boxes! Louie lives for Balls and Elmo!![]()
Nothing puts a smile on Bella's face like when I pick up a ball, any ball!! We have been through countless balls too! Right now we have a squeeky ball that still squeeks! Amazing, since Bella quickly destroys anything with a squeeker. This has little prickly spikes all over (I guess it's made of rubber or plastic) and so she can't get to the actual ball to bite through it! If only I remembered where I bought it I would get a dozen! Catch and fetch is a BIG FAVORITE here too, followed closely by tug-o-war. As I watch her happily running after the ball I wish I had 1/2 of her energy! It doesn't take much to make them happy, does it?

Sadie is huge fan of balls too! I spent $5 at Christmastime and bought a kids set of balls that was 1 football, 1 soccer ball and 1 basketball. I think the football is her favorite...she also has tennis balls, squeky balls...doesn't matter as long as she can chase it. Cincy, on the other hand, finds the fuzz of tennis balls most apetizing. She is often walking around with green fuzz in her mouth!!
Eli loves to fetch tennis balls, but his big trick is to play soccer! We take him to a big empty park, turn him loose with a soccer ball, and watch him go: he runs full speed while pushing it with his nose, then jumps in front of it to stop it and turn the ball in a different direction. He even pops it up in the air with his nose and heads the ball like a soccer player. When we get video of this stuff we're puttin' it on the internet!

Hannah (especially) and Tucker like to catch the ball, however, and ordinary tennis ball is a little too big for them. Recently we've found tennis type balls at PetsMart that are slightly smaller. We know have 12 in total although we generally don't know the location of all of them. Hannah loves to catch them in rapid succession.
Her other favorite is the Zap ball which will light up and make *wacky sounds*. Anyone thinking of getting this, test it out while at the store. I have had lots of bad luck getting duds and even if it isn't a dud, the lighting up and wacky sounds don't last very long.
I must not let Winter see this post. She's ball crazy if she sees a ball she loses her mind and will do pretty much anything to get said ball...it's a little scary. In fact she likes balls so much that my friends are trying to talk me in to training her for fly ball, I just picture her going and trying to steal the balls from other dogs.
Smudge likes balls but he prefers other toys to them.
My dogs A.d. and Brandi love chasing tennis ball when you bounce them!![]()
