Pictures: Queens of the mountain

I have posted a lot of pictures lately. I hope you all dont mind. I took Jada and Ebony out and about this weekend. We found this huge pile of dirt. Those two had a blast playing queen of the mountain.





I took Diamond back to the vet on Friday. She got her stiches out. The vet said the wound (where she scratched it open) is healing fine. I still have to keep a shirt on her. We bought her a kids shirt this weekend. Here she is in her shirt.

Thank you. Jada is two. My son has a friend he knows how much I love pit bulls. He was telling me about a guy that had gotten a pit bull (Jada) to breed with his male pit. Anyway, as you can see Jada is not all pit. I think there is quite a bit of lab in her. Do you see the lab? I think the guy that owned Jada saw she wasnt all pit so he didnt want her anymore. Idiot! I told my sons friend I would take her. Her ex owner told me I could breed her with his male pit if I wanted. I told him NO. What a guy huh?

Thats great that she found you. I thought you got her somehow through your son but I couldn't remember.

No, she has never been bred. She was spayed late. It was stupid of us to put off her spaying like we did. I feel bad about that.

I actually thought Pit/Dane was her mix. I don't see Lab, really, but who knows? Maybe she's Dane/Pit/Lab I just really see Dane in her, with her size and color and coat length.

Really you see Dane? Oh, that would be cool if she has some Dane in her. I had a guy tell me on a pit bull forum that she looks like a hound dog. I really dont see hound dog at all do you? Its so hard to guess a dogs breed. What do you think Diamond is mixed with? I think she has a lot of ACD in her.

Yep, I definetly see Dane when I look at her. The Pit is more prominant of course, but the next breed I see is Dane. I see no hound in her at all!

Lol. That is funny about Diamond. The guy we got her from said she had pit in her. Maybe she does. My husband worked with the guy that had Diamond. She was his sisters dog. His sister took off and left Diamond with him. He kept her in a kennel all the time. He told my husband he was taking her to the shelter so he brought her home to me. I'm so glad he did. Diamond is such a good dog. She's not a real cuddly dog. I bet it was because she was kept in a kennel as a pup. She didnt get much attention.

I do see the pit bull in Diamond. Jada is pretty tall, so maybe she has dane in her. I just can't stand how beautiful your girls are! I never can get enough of them!
