Baby Shower Ideas?

Does anybody have any unique baby shower ideas? Did you have a themed baby shower? What did you give out as baby shower favors? What did the cake look like? Did you make everything yourself? Did you have a co-ed shower?

P.S. Several co-workers are having babies. I was thinking of asking them to save their baby food jars so I could do something with them. Any ideas what I could do with them?
