the way Finn and I sleep

Hey, there. I'm usually asleep in my own bed, of course, but, I slept on the couch last night. My niece stayed in my room. My mom got pictures of how Finn sleeps on me. My bed isn't a lot wider than the couch, maybe six inches...but, this is how we sleep. His body is on top of my legs, and, his head usually rests on my bottom. Silly dog. I don't know how my legs and feet don't fall asleep. and, those are my socks on the floor.

That is just so sweet. Really put a smile on my face and warmed my heart. Give that boy hugs and kisses from me now, make sure he knows they're from me!

I will. I'm glad to hear that his picture does for you what pictures of Tommy and Tasha do for me.

Thanks you guys...he is a warm buddy to have around. I really would prefer not to have him on the furniture, but, it's hard to make him get down. It's nice having him there.

That's hilarious! I don't know how you sleep without moving. I have to be able to move a lot. I guess Finn thinks you are a good mattress.

I did the right thing by setting you free
But the pain is very deep.
If only I could turn back time, forever, you I'd keep.
    I miss you

I hear you whimper in your sleep
I gently pet you and say, no bad dreams
It will be alright, to my dog as dark as night.

Fur as dark as the night.
    Join me on this flight.
Paws of love that follow me.
In my heart you'll forever be.

How I wish I could hold you near.
Turn back time to make it so.
Hug you close and never let go.

I love these pictures. It really does warm the heart. There is nothing better to me then when one of my girls is snuggled up with me. It is usually Tori. Katie will for a bit but she likes to move around alot. I know what you mean about them getting on the furniture. I wish I would have never let it start. I can not keep them off at all now. If I try I feel like such a meanie! We really really need new furniture and I dread the thought of having to enforce that rule and I know I will have to. They are just way to hairy and it is too hard to keep the furniture clean with them all over it

Finn is gorgeous and he looks huge in those pics. Give that handsome labbie boy a hug from me!

Well, for the first four months, I didn't let him on the furniture. But, then when I moved in with a friend, he never enforced it, so, it was hard to keep him down. I can enforce it if I have to, but, eh, it's nicer this way. I imagine if I ever get furniture that I need to worry about, I'll be buying a lot of covers.

and, he is pretty big now, nearly 80 pounds!
