    My Babies say "BYE"

Tomorrow I have to take them back to Kevlins so I can go back to work. I am sure this is going to be the hardest "Goodbye" we have ever done since they have loved being home so much and showed their appreciation by loving me, staying in my lap and giving me tons of purr therapy that I so desperately needed. Darn! I hate giving them up and having to leave them!!!

Chester and Giz, still sharing the top "bunk". This is Chesters new place to live!

Amy saying Goodbye to her PT friends for another month.

Samantha enjoying the bottom bunk yesterday.

And today, enjoying the fresh air at the front door..

(I still marvel at the transformation in her since I have had her)

Laura, it must be so hard for you and the babies to be seperated so often! It must break your heart every time!

The babies look so cute in the pictures!

LOL, Gary... that is what I was thinking myself but as I found out yesterday, it is far to big for my car. Chester seems the most attached to it, he only gets off to eat and potty and there is already one at Rie-Ries house..

Kristen, it is always hard to leave them but this time has been out first WHOLE time off together since Eddie's accident (in May) and we ALL needed it so MUCH! This time we seem to be closer than EVER so this time is really going to HURT to leave them!

Oh Laura, the time at home seems to go so fast while your time away seems to last forever! And going now means you'll be away from your babies for Christmas. Guess that's why you bought them their present early.

Have a safe trip, a Merry Christmas and we'll see you in the New Year!

I don't know how many people will come back and read this but I am going to post it anyway.

I am completely alone in the house now. My babies are all gone. Rie came got Chester awhile ago and he was ready to GO BACK to Rie-Rie's!!

The girls however, it was a sad, sad trip to Kevlin's yesterday. I cried about the whole way over there and Amy got totally hysterical several times, so bad that I almost had to stop the car. She was worse than I have ever seen her, digging at the kennel until she ripped some of her nails off and screamimg bloody murder. I tired talking to her and singing to her and nothing worked. When I got there and let her out, she had wet all inside on the bedding and her broken nails were all in the bottom of the kennel. I was totally stressed out until I saw how glad she was to be there! She did a complete turn around and went to rubbing on Rhonda's legs and walking better than I had seen her walk the whole month they were home! The little huzzy was GLAD to be there!! I am completely baffeled!

Gosh Laura how I sympathize with you. It must be so hard to part with your kitties, but doesn't it bring some comfort to you to know that they are happy to be where they are. And I know they are happy when you pick them up to bring them back home. Amy obviously HATES to be in that cat carrier and I think no matter what house she comes out of it, she is just delighted to be out of the carrier.

I don't know Laura, but it seems like you just get back here and then "POOF"
    you're gone again girl.

I hope you have a safe trip and look forward to welcoming you back.

Ohhhhhhh, this means you won't be here for Christmas, doesn't it???

Well, I hope you have a Merry Christmas with all your crew.
    Take care.
