The device that i plug the printer into is on the'fritz' and because of this i can't scan pictures until I get a new USB device to plug the printer into.Hopefully it won't be too long before i can get pictures up again.

Barry, when you get your pictures developed just ask for a copy on cd, usually its only a few dollars.

Definitely an option. This is what I used to do whenever my scanner wasn't working a few years back!
