    I won't be around for a while

I will be starting vacation at 4:00 pm today, so don't worry about me.

Mark and I will be starting to get things ready to move into the new house. We started building in April and we are finally seeing the light at the end of the tunnel.

I know that we both can not wait to move, but I'm pretty sure all my babies will be happy to be moving as well. Not that they don't love grammies house, but there is no place like your real home.

Here are a few pictures (at various stages) of the house. We should be getting the Certificate of Occupancy on Tuesday or Wednesday next week.....at least I will be in for the holiday....thank goodness I don't have to cook for this holiday.

And just to make it a "Legal" kitty thread.....Gabriel.

PS. Vegas and Bella should be making the move with us. Unless I can find them a good home before then.

I promise to post moving pictures and getting comfy pictures as soon as I come back to work. --- Meg and the Fur Crew

What a beautiful house! And the best thing of all about it will be the cats that you take there with you. They will give it that "old home" atmosphere, and make it so cozy and complete!

What a beautful house. i love to see how the styles of buildings differ to those we have here in Scotland, you just wouldn't see a house of that type so it was lovely to see your pictures.

And, Gabriel, I have to say does not look comfortable in the slightest (from a hoomin point of view) all crumpled in like that , but from a cat point of view, Max, Candy and tom tell me it looks just like bliss!

What a LOVELY home!!! The cats will love it!!! It will be a strain at first but after about a month they'll love it! That's how my 13 cats did when we moved to our new home in Maine. They all seem to love it here..except for the island in the kitchen.I wish I never got it.No room for the cat dishes. We'll end up taking it out some day.

Thank You Kim for this wonderful siggy

Meg & Mark, I'm so happy you're finally moving into the new place! It looks beautiful, and I'm sure the furkids will be in paradise. Happy to know a few 'extras' are coming along as well lol!
