    Fiver-Roo

My deepest sympathies over the loss of your precious Fiver-Roo. What a sweet angel you had and I just thank you for giving her two years of love and happiness. I know that she appreciated your efforts. God Bless you and little Fiver-Roo, a beautiful baby who I am pleased and grateful that we got to know. And most deserving of being Cat of the Day!

Oh, Fiver, my heart breaks for the precious life that was taken away by some sick, heartless piece of so-called humanity. God love you. Rest assured that person will be punished, if not by man, then by God. I hope your parents that loved you and nursed you through to your last days will receive the rich blessings they so deserve. Now you are frolicking at the rainbow bridge, mind and body whole again. I'm so glad you were able to learn that life is not a hell on earth, which I'm sure you must have thought during your first tender week of life. God bless your parents for the 24 hour love and nursing they gave you.

Oh sweet Fiver-Roo, the tears are streaming down my face as I read your story, but I am also glad to hear that your last months were happy and loving. God bless the people that took you in and loved you, and made your last days on earth secure and safe. May you have many days of play and contented sleep in kitty heaven. 4 feline house said it best, and doesn't Fiver-Roo kind of look like the kitten in your picture of the kitty running free in the grass- maybe that is Fiver-Roo in heaven?

Fiver-Roo, sweet baby, you sure saw the extremities of human behavior in your short life. Unfortunately, your life began by seeing the absolute worst of humankind. But when you joined your forever humans, you certainly saw the very best of humanity. I'm glad that you got to experience such total love and kindness, that helped you make your crossing over the Rainbow Bridge.

I know you are there, playing with many other loved furbabies ... enjoying perfect health and remembering your loving humans with gratitude and love.

Fiver-Roo, precious, dear little one. My heart breaks to know that you were the object of such horrible human cruelty and neglect. What a beautiful little one you are. And why anyone would want to harm such a sweet, defenseless soul such as you is beyond reason. Sadly, your life here on earth was brief. But thanks to the devotion of your very, very loving earthly guardian, you knew, for a while, what it is to be adored and cherished. I know you are happy, healthy and whole now, frolicking joyfully with all the creatures at the Bridge. We send you all of our love precious Fiver-Roo. And as you peek down upon us from above, I know your adorable little face is beaming, seeing how proud your family is that their cherished Fiver-Roo is Cat of the Day! Love and kisses to you sweet girl. And many thanks to your very special family for sharing their kindness and love.

Dear little Fiver-Roo, you tiny little mite that went through so much in such a short time. You went through unspeakable torture by someone who only knows evil to a family that stopped their lives to care for just you. The Rainbow Bridge, a place where you are now happy and healthy and leaping about just like 4feline's little kitty. All of us are better for having met you and I hope that on your special day all at the Rainbow Bridge stop to honor you and tell you of the great love that is being sent to you from all of us at PetTalk. Your humans had such a short time with you and you taught them so much. They are to be honored also for such loving care they gave you.

Yorkster, yes, the little kitty does look live Fiver-Roo to me, too. She looks like my own Pepper, too, who, coincidently has nicknames of Pepperoni-Roo, Roni-Roo, Stinkeroni-Roo, and many more -Roos, and after reading Fiver-Roo's story, Pepper said in her heart she gave the little leaping kitty picture to Fiver-Roo, since she didn't get to do much jumping and playing until she got to the rainbow bridge.

Every time I hear of such a heart breaking story or see a dead animal on the streets, I put another dollar in my jar to be sent to rescue agencies for lost or abused animals. Here's two for your poor little sweetheart - it's so hard to believe there can be such cruelty in the world.

Poor little one. Poor little one. Your story made me go right away and, shedding a tear, hug my two spoiled princelings, wishing all good kitties could be pampered and loved all their days. Blessings on the couple who took you in.

Fiver-Roo's adoptive parents must be commended. We must all try harder to prevent unwanted kittens, to rescue needy kittens, and to fund agencies that help animals in need. Fiver-Roo's story is so tragically sad. What a precious little bundle. I'm so sad that he had a bad minute in his little life.

Oh my, the story of your beloved Fiver-Roo caught me off-guard this morning. Starting my morning at work reading COTD as usual, I saw the picture of your beautiful kitten and how she came into your life. My smile turned to tears however, when I learned of her early mistreatment. Still reeling from a story of animal abuse that occured here locally over the weekend, I started to repeat to myself "People are horrible." I have to remind myself to find comfort in the fact that for all the truly horrible people there out there, there are also incredibly kind people that are passionate about animals and give selflessly to ensure their health and happiness. You and your husband are definitely good hearted people for extending your love and kindness to such a deserving creature. I am so sorry for your loss.
