    My new betta boy Petals. :)

    I got a new betta today from work. He was one of the healthiest and liveliest of the bunch and his colors caught my attention. He is gorgeous! I took these photos when still in his little cup. Poor guy. He's now in a five gallon critter keeper but I want to buy him one of those really nice set ups with everything included. What are they called again? Anyways, enjoy the pics and I will post new ones of him in his clean tank tomorrow.

    Zoology Major
    2 Virginia Opossums, 6 cats, 4 bearded dragons, 1 iguana, 1 red foot tortoise, 1 tripod chihuahua, 5 mice, dubia and hissing cockroaches as well as other misc animals that wander in and out of my home.

    awwwa.. what a gorgeous blue marble boy! Awesome find, for Petsmart!! His cup does look very dirty, but his fins don't seem too damaged so he probably has not been there for too long. Its awesome that you got him into a nice, big, clean home Cass I too LOVE Kritter Keepers. The round 2gal ones on the little stands rawk!

    He reminds me of a male version of my little Super-Delta girl, Pinky... ;x

    Oh yeah.. is the set-up you're talking about a Minibow? I have a 2.5gal Minibow and my boy Bonzai lurves it they're awesome

    Yes! That's the one! LOL! I'm going to buy one in a few days, but I want to get him a big one.

    awesome! What a spoiled little guy... definitely steal some Moneywort, Water Sprite, or Cabomba from PM! My Bettas lurve live plants. I can't wait to see pics when he gets to his new home!

    Beautiful Betta!

    Betta Fish are some of the most pretty fish!I think!My boy Shipwreak was the most beautiful red.I miss him so much.I only had him for a 14 days or so before he passed away.I plan to get another Betta Fish soon.

    I work at Banfield the Pet Hospital, which is located inside of a Petsmart. Yes I breed rats. I've been breeding rats for many many years now. Many here can attest to that and have watched several of my litters grow up.
