The only thing that really caught my attention is that there is actually a treat bowl that is full and available at all times? That couldn't happen at my house because it would continuously emptied!
Personally, I think hand dispensing the temptations is a much better way to keep control over how many are eaten and by whom. They are meant to be treats - not a major part of the kittys' diets - which might be the reason for the diarrhea, and why it has eased up a bit now that the temptations aren't available like before.
QSA - Tender Vittles, eh? I'll have to try that with CJ (yes, we're still battling his diarrhea
) although he does go in for allergy testing this Saturday and hopefully that will reveal something so we can get him on a proper diet already.
Oh, and one last thing lovpets2002, if Spenda's water habits to go back to normal with the change in diet, you might want to have her tested. There are several diseases that show up in increased water intake - diabetes and kidney failure among them. Not to alarm you, but just something to keep in mind.
