    New Finches (Need names please)

    Well we just got two new zebra finches. They are warming up nicely to there new home/cage. Well I know that they really aren't the birds that you can teach to get on your hand so I don't have to worry about them biting me. Well anyway I need names. One is a boy and one is a girl. Thanks in advance Monica

    Hmm..Names...
    Zeb and Ra (LOL!)
    Sunny and Dawn (They look like they have a Sun on their cheeks)

    Those are wonderful names! I really Sunny and Dawn because they chirp when I open the window so they could look out. That is a possibility. I also like Zeb and Ra. LOL That one's cute

    love the names. you can go on a website and they have names for every kind of bird. i will look and see what the site is and i will post it. congrats on you beautiful birds!

    ummm heres a couple..... patches, sweet cheeks, sweetie, honey, etc. i found the website.

    they have names for each breed of bird. thats how i got my new cockatiel's names!

    You could name them after the Finch family in To Kill a Mockingbird...Atticus, Jem, and/or Scout.

    Question, are you looking for pair names like PB and J, or just names? If you want pairs, here are some for two names you like, and others I thought up:
    Skyler and Dawn
    Jem and Jewel
    Tiger and Lily
    Gabe and Gabby

    I also like: !Honey!, Singer, Lieder (German for Song), Sunkist, Sunny-D...
