I'm trying to clean out my pm box as it's getting dangerously full. There are so many I want saved. However, when I choose to download all messages, it doesn't get nearly all of them. It gets like one and a half pages. What am I doing wrong?

I've done this, and I get them all! I use the "download All Private Messages As" feature instead of the "download selected messages as" scroll list.
(I LOOOOOOVE this new feature).

I tried that and for some reason, it only took 1 1/2 pages out of 4.

Hmmm - well, you could always run your cursor down so everything is selected on a page and do the "Save selected as" 4 times (once on each page) ...
I'm on a Mac, using Safari, so my machine is not standard by any means.

I tried both methods and both seem to work perfectly fine for me. What format are you downloading them in? I've found txt to work for me..
