dachsy in trouble!!!

did anyone see the report on cnn of the little dachsund...(though 13 lbs!!) that was picked up and dropped 300 ft. by a bald eagle in maine????? her name is ava...she is o.k....but clinging due to infection from the talons.....poor little thing!!!! i hope that cnn shows updates on how she is doing!!! i am praying with all paws for her!!!

Just saw an update about Ava on the news. They say she is still hopsitalized and recovering. We are all praying for a full recovery. What a story! Poor baby girl.

Oh how terribly sad and scary for Ava's poor owners I didn't hear anything about it on the news, but then again, I never watch the news. I hope Ava does OK and makes a full recovery.

Gosh!! I didn't hear that story. Thanks for letting us know about it. I will definitely keep her in my prayers.

I guess there are some things you don't think about, like an eagle or hawk picking up your small animal in the yard!!!
