    Senior poodle found alive 20 days after Katrina

    Get our your hankies for this one. The sight of this poor sweetheart will break your heart but the good news is that she has been rescued and is in a foster home.

    Gosh you can't even tell the poor thing is a poodle...how sad. Glad she has help now.
    don't breed or buy while shelter dogs die....

    Heartbreaking....
    I don't know whether to be more happy or more sad - bless those who saved her and her new foster family. Animal rescue relies totally on volunteers to do it & fund it. Please make a donation to an animal rescue if you haven't already!

    That's the dog that was featured on CNN today.The moderator
    was talking to someone from Best Friends and asked about this
    dog who was featured on their website.Poor baby was waiting
    for her people. I'm so glad they found this little one.

    Oh poor baby. I am so glad they rescued her. I am sure that the foster family will take extra special care of this little sweetie. I hope her family knows that she was saved.
