    I think I broke my habit!!

    of smoking that is!! I have been smoke free for 30 days now!!
    Party at my house!

    Any methods you'd like to share with other PTers sharing your goal?
    I am using the nicotine patch. I don't know if it works on everyone but I urge you to NOT smoke while you're on the patch. You could have some serious problems and I of course, don't want any of you to have those kind of problems.
