potty training

I have a 4 month old Shih Tzu named Gizmo. Any me and my husband go on the road alot, when I first got him he used the newpaper to go to the toilet, but now we are at home I can't get him to use it anymore please Help!!

huh, I am not qutie sure, my dogs never used the potty pads so i rewarded her everytime she went outside, and when she was inside, i would watch her. i dunno much i can help you with that because it was so long ago that my dogs were puppy's
