    dab_20,

I have a similar problem with one of my dogs so maybe I can help. Maybe you just need to be more consistent- when you call her, make sure you enforce it. In other words, if she doesn't come, keep her on a leash so you can bring her to you. Also, make sure that you make it worth her while- give her a treat, praise her, make her want to come in the future.
I did this with my dog Marta as she had learned to ignore me calling, and she is now listening consistently (however I still make sure that she doesn't get out of the fenced yard because I don't want to take any chances!). BUT, she still won't always listen to my husband when he calls, only me (In desperation he calls out "treat" sometimes which also works). So, if your mom wants Molli to listen to her, she should be involved in the training process too. Well, good luck, I hope that helps a little bit.
