That Buddy picture is ADORABLE and looks SOOO like a painting!! Why is it that some pictures turn out so well?? Is it close-ups or is it the amount of detail in the background?? Whatever - these "paintings" have been such fun to see

I use different effects. Some just don't look good with some pics. I think it has a lot to do with the colors and the amount of light and shadow. Things like that. I am gonna keep playing with it and maybe I can figure out some tricks to make them look more like paintings.
