    A new way to scoop....

My poor Speckles sometimes has her bum sticking over the side of the box when she poops....making them land on the rubber mat.

This morning I noticed this happening again so I quickly grabbed the scoop and held it under her bum and sure enough, they all landed in the right spot. All I did was run to the toilet and flush! No scooping necessary.

OK, only real Pet Talk addicts would understand and laugh at this.

Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, champagne in one hand and strawberries in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and screaming WOO HOO - What a Ride!

I can picture it all now. No need for litter, no need for boxes, Just follow cat around with scoop in hand until he/she squats.

Is it still recycling if you use newspaper on the rubber mat so you can just pick up and toss?

Maybe, but not nearly as fun.

Remember the egg and spoon race???

How about the poop and scoop race??? See if you can make it to the toilet without tossing a turd!

I just thought it was so funny how the turds landed right in the middle of the scoop...

    Jen...LOL.

Sara....I wanted to "give her a hand" but love can only be pushed so far!

I can vividly picture you, Speckles with her bum out of box and you with the scooper moving around as she turns - oh what a video that would have been! Good catch!
