Yesterday morning we went and picked out our very first GSD foster, Augie the GSD! We've been fostering greyhounds for awhile, but just recently joined Mid Atlantic German Shepherd Rescue. We we first saw him in the kennel, he looked ENORMOUS, I almost got cold feet! Then the adoption coordinator brought him out, and he's just the sweetest thing...actually submissive to both Trey and Buddy (greyhounds), especially Trey. He was licking them both tentatively when they first met. He's definitely not shy, though. We then took all three boys to a huge fenced in area and let them off leash. The 2 greys took up and Augie tried to keep upAnyway, it was really cute.
Oh, and he's SO SO good looking!
