MAXIMUS' worst problem..........

MAXIMUS has brought it upon himself to keep the yard free of.......yes, you guessed it........squirrels Talk about issues. Most of the time there are four that just give him the mean fur(hackles?). There have been six at the most. Sometimes, when the glass door is closed. They will sit on the patio, and heckle at him, knowing he can't get out until someone opens the door.

I don't think MAXIMUS knows what it's supposed to be.
I keep calling it a squirrel. Maybe, he'll figure it out.

Ha ha ha, yeah Finn goes crazy with squirrels. My dad keeps one of those ears of corn high up in the tree right outside our front door, and, there are always squirrels out there. It drives Finn ape. But, it's funny, the squirrels frolic around, knowing he can't get to them through the door.

Oh Maximus, Ginger totally agrees with you. When those squirrels run halfway up a tree, then turn around and hang upside down and yell (chatter) at you, she wants to get them too. You go Maximus.

Barb, I bought a grey squeaky squirrel for Ginger for Christmas, let me tell you, she knew what it was. It is actually still here and in one piece (she usually doesn't pull her toys apart) but only one squeaky still works (the one in the tail). She loves it, and plays with it almost every morning.

Hehehe. Simba and Nala love to chase squirrels. Kiara couldn't care less.

I have one for my 3 and they love it. I usually keep it up so the squirells don't get lost, but when I take it out they got nutso!

Gracie loves to chase the squirrels too but now that the trees are gone and the pool is in..she chases them along the fence..they just stare down at her while she barks

Where did you get that? He used to have a stuffed bird cage full of birds. I found it at Target in the baby dept. I haven't seen it since we moved. I'm gonna look in those two "extra" bags.
I'd love to get that squirrel tree for him.

When we lived in the city, we had tons of squirrels around. They loved to tease the dogs........but Star turns out to be an excellent hunter!-- She got at least a dozen of them, which makes me wonder WHY they would keep coming into the yard...?

Maximus looks like a dedicated defender of his yard from the
dreaded squirrel invasions. Maggie does her best to scare them off from the electric wires out back.LOL Great pictures.
