    e.y.e.s.

Hey, just cuz I was silly and posted closeups of my eyeballs in the show yourself thread, I thought it would be fun to just have a thread of everyone elses. Your dog's, your's, your cat's, your friend's, whatever....just eyes, though, as close up as you can get them.

    mine....

    finn's....

    green goodwill bear's.....

    Ok, now your turn!

Try taking the picture in a room with a mirror and lots of lighting. I think I took that picture in the bathroom (it was a while ago) and just stared at the mirror and used the macro mode on my camera until I got a good shot.

having any fun with mirror yet, finn?

this only I could find... nevermind the UPC (universal postal code), it was for my college project called "selling myself".

the middle one in first row is my real one but I just watercolored it.

Those are cool, Gina! It is Gina, right? D'oh! I'm sorry I don't know that! But, nah, I didn't get any cool ones in the mirror. I think it's cuz my eyes are brown, and, not blue. They are so dark, it's hard to see the detail like in GoldenRetrLuver's. I may be able to post one or two that I took, though. i mostly was taking them because ben, my pal in texas, loves my eyes.

thanks kari! yep, gina! I love hearing my name!

hey, keep trying! I think I could already see the detail in your original picture above! I don't think how dark really matters...unless you don't want us to see your eyeveins..

The girl's eyes on the free silver jewelry website inspired me to try to take a similar photo. And, so, I did. Not that they are nearly as awesome as hers, and, the picture isn't professional, so, it's not as good, but, anyway....I remembered this thread, and, thought I'd ask for y'all's opinions....is it a cool pic? I think so, and, my mom liked it. I wanna send it to Ben, but, I wanted the go ahead first from you guys....

I love it! Your eyes look beautiful. So cool. Gina, I just now saw your different colored eyes. That is really neat.

I did the right thing by setting you free
But the pain is very deep.
If only I could turn back time, forever, you I'd keep.
    I miss you

I hear you whimper in your sleep
I gently pet you and say, no bad dreams
It will be alright, to my dog as dark as night.

Fur as dark as the night.
    Join me on this flight.
Paws of love that follow me.
In my heart you'll forever be.
    [/SIZE]

How I wish I could hold you near.
Turn back time to make it so.
Hug you close and never let go.
