    Lighted Betta Tanks?

Click here to go to the ebay auction page for super bright little bowl
Here is something I found, I thought that
    1. it was too small
    2. that constant neon light would drive the betta insane. What do you guys think? Here the PetSmart page for it.

Please feel free to post your favorite tanks/ tanks you wish you had, etc.

I really wanted a MacAquarium but I heard they leak. They are a little expensive, so I don't think I will be getting one any time soon.

Yeah, I wouldn't keep my betta in anything less than a 1 gallon, but that's just my opinion. Siam is currently in a one gallon.

Those mac tanks are cool! But they do look like they might leak. And it would be hard finding a spot for another computer...

I heard the iMac Aquariums run even more, about $300!
As for my betta situation, I can get one after a few more months of showing I am responsible enough to take care of everyone! I have to pay for him or her though, but my parents give me weekly allowance that is more than enough with what I have saved for the innitial costs. They want me to learn money responsibility. I might buy a female from Bettatalk or I also want to find an aquarium store in my area so I could see some cheaper boys, I don't really want a pair, just one to start.
Oh, and by the way, I love your new sig set! Which are your favorite tanks? What is the 1 gallon like that you keep Siam in again?

Yeah, that lighted tank is too small... I don't keep my guys in less than 1 gallon. That iMac tank is really neat, but I wouldn't spend 300.00 for it.

aw, that'd be awesome if you got a girl from BettaTalk!! They're really nice - very expensive, though. Majestic Bettas has *really* beautiful boys and girls usually around $10-20. BettaTalk girls are at least $30. I'm getting 3 from them.... if they ever come .... I guess the owner went on vaccation last weekend, and said she's really behind with shipping, so hopefully tuesday/wednsday!

OMG. I cant believe those iMac tanks cost $300!! You could get a really really nice 100g for less than that. I like simpler tanks myself. Yeah, most people agree that 1 gallon is the minimum for a happy Betta.

I think I have read the whole betta talk web site! I have decided to go to the local fish store tonight to look around, JUST to look, my parents would KILL me (or kick me out) if I came home with an animal, besides, how would I get home on rollerblades with a fishy?! If they have nicer boys then I will probably just end up waiting untill my parents take me there and let me get one later this summer. I am almost glad my parents stop me, or I might just have way too many animals already!
