Introducing Boots! **lots of pics**

Boots happily hopped in a carrier for his ride home. He was quiet all the way to our house--about a 25 minute drive from the shelter. We let him out in our bedroom, instead of the computer room. He's been very busy:

Our bedroom has 10 long, narrow windows. Perfect for kitties to look out from.


Lots of new smells.


Found a dog water bowl and helped himself to a drink. It's thristy work exploring your new home!

When he purrs he can't control his tongue! It's too cute!!!!

He has met Felicia so far. I didn't realize she was in the closet when we let him out of his carrier! She's not impressed and is giving him serious airplane ears, but he couldn't care less. He's very self-assured and relaxed. He just ignores her. He's far too busy to be bothered by a little hissing!
