    Crazy Daisy!! *pics*

Here's our foster dog Daisy Mae enjoying the kiddie pool. Daisy is pit bull/basset but you can't really appreciate her funny looking-ness in pictures. You have to see her in person!

I just can't say enough good things about Daisy. She was doing therapy work down in Oregon, and is such a good girl in the house. She wound up back in rescue through no fault of her own, poor girl. We'll find her forever home soon...I just know it!

I'd keep her myself but she MUST go to a home with NO KITTIES!

Did I mention how good she is?

Does she have the bark or howl of a basset? She really is a beautiful dog. How old is she?

Well, I have yet to hear her bark at all. Nothing. She whines a little when I put her in her crate but no barking. We think she's 1 to 2 years old. She would do ok with a larger submissive male dog. Definately no females and no little dogs or kitties.

She's fine to be left in the house while gone. No accidents or chewing. She's got mild hip dysplaysia but it's being controlled now with a good diet, keeping her weight down and a nice 1/2 hour walk twice daily. Oh, and splashing in the pool!

    Hehe.
