    New drawing for the catnapper

Audrey inspired me to dig out my Prismacolors and play.....

Original photo taken a week or so ago

The grey line at the bottom needs to be straightened, but I like the unfinished look to the green. Whatcha think?

Thanks Audrey for inspiring me to do my fellas!
PS: This was done with all the colors you have -- I wanted to show you what you can do with a basic set (except one green that I did to shade the background.)

From an Artist perspective, I think is a WONDERFUL picture, I think you should make them look more like they are outside, rather then looking through the window. Make the looker, feel more into the picture and feels the warm welcoming of cats.

Unbelievable!! Wow!! That drawing is awesome and amazing!! It's an exact duplication. How long does it take to do a drawing like that? We couldn't be more impressed!! What exactly is it done with?

Thanks folks! Its done in Prismacolors - they are a type of soft colored pencil. Its done on a tan colored paper, and took me about 6 hours --- not steady, I talked a whole lot and gossiped about cats in between that time this afternoon

I never realised what a "pinhead" Harry is lol! No offense to Harry. He must have some siamese in his genetics to have such a long lean body, and a tiny head. Great drawing Kim...I've envied your incredible talents for some time now....you should be commissioning portraits at cat shows or something!

    Harry is heartbroken and insulted!

LOL... Harry definately has Siamese in him. He talks like one, is VERY muscular, and has the facial features. The rescue's resident meezer authority proclaims he has meezer in him... can't get more official than that, can we?
