Can anyone make me an avatar?

Can anyone make me one of those blinking avatars that says the pet's name and then the pic? i would be very grateful if someone could, i'm fed up with using ones off the internet. I have attatched the pics, there is one of Zsa-Zsa my cat, Tia Maria my rat, Foxy my hamster and one of me ! Thanks

Any particular colors or 'theme'?? Like, I can make the names red and green perhaps?? Or colorize the pictures??

OK I played around and came up with this... I know 'rat' is a little hard to read, hehe. But I actually really like it!! I can change stuff if need be.. just let me know
