    James Herriot Books?

Anyone read them? They are some of the best books that I have ever read. I just love them! It's been years since I have read them though. I think I will read them again.

Thank you Kay for the beautiful sig!

I loved his books too. He's passed on now and his son is the vet where he used to work.

Yes, I've read them all...a few times....I haven't read one in quite some time either... I know I own them but since I've moved I couldnt' begin to tell you where they are...

What a good idea though, I think I will stop at the library tonight after work and pick one or two of them up....I need some cheering up...

I LOVE the James Herriot books and have read them all several times. If you enjoy his nooks you will REALLY enjoy books by Deric Longden

Here are some of his books on Amazon

Thanks Kay for my great sig & avatar!!!

They are my absolute favorite books as well. There used to be a TV series based on them which was done quite well. I think it might have been on PBS.

I loved each and every one, as well. I have a huge, hard back, bound version, a compilation of his stories, but I can't remember the name to save my life. I'll check when I'm at home tonight. Might make good nighttime reading for me, again. Thanks for the reminder!
