    Stimpy Update

This is an e-mail I got this morning from Karen, the Toy Fox Terrier breeder that took Stimpy when I couldn't keep him anymore, she's been taking care of him for a week, and already had a furever home lined up for him.

    Hi ya Angie --
WELLL, Bernadette and her 2 daughters (who are both in their mid
30's) came on Sunday to "visit" Stimpy (translate that to mean -- check
him out) They came into my Dog House and I COULD NOT PRY THE LITTLE
GUY OFF OF THEM!! He hardly ever jumps up on my little "doggie couch"
but when they sat down, he was all over them!!! HE LOVED THEM and they
thought he was "the bees knees"!! Yippee for everyone concerned!!!
They were going to come back and get him on Wednesday, but I kinda
said "what the heck" and let them take him home. I DID GIVE THEM HIS
MEDICATIONS AND THE INSTRUCTIONS, and they promised (and signed an
agreement) that they would take him to their Vet as soon as possible
    and have him "fixed"
Sent me an email this morning and have an appt for Thursday for a
general check-up and the pre-op for his nueter surgery with the Vet's
name and address, phone number, so I feel pretty comfortable with that.
    OK with you?
It was SO neat to see him with those ladies - like it was "meant to
    be" -- ya know??
THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR BEING SUCH "AN ANGEL" -- YOU DEFINITELY EARNED
    A "STAR IN YOUR CROWN"
Although I don't "do rescue" that often, this was a good one and I
thank you for letting me find a wonderful home for that lovely little
    creature.
Keep in touch - Let me know how Sierra and Buddy are doing - Nicepeople are sometimes hard to find and ya gotta keep 'em once ya get 'em!
    Blessings to all -
    Karen

Oh Angie, you must feel on top of the world! I'm thrilled for you, Karen and Stimpy...and the new parents! They sound like great people and boy, Stimpy sure agrees! Can't wait for more happy updates. Any chance Karen can ask them to send some pics sometime in the future? Would love to see the little guy again, happy and healthy! BIG hugs to you for making all of this possible! What an angel you are! Oh, hugs to Buddy and Sierra too!
