    Pictures I took today...

    Just wanted to share these pictures I took this afternoon, they are of my fathers amaryllis plant I got him for Christmas. It just started to bloom today.

    That is a very pretty flower. I really like the orange color of it. And I'm sure it's even PRETTIER in person!

    wow! the juxtaposition of the almost tropically vivid color against the white of the snow makes these pictures almost surreal. thanks for sharing

    LOL i am soooo ready for spring here, it's snowing again, my gardening books are piling up, and i swear the whiteflower farms catalogue is almost horticutural pornography. i need to plant something, clean up and till a flower bed, something soon!
