A while ago, my cats knocked over a tart burner, causing the wax to dry into the carpeting of my apartment.
I took a hot iron and paper towels. I ironed the spot over and over again, covered with the paper towel. It worked!!!!! The wax is gone and my carpet looks new again!!!
