Freddy boy is not looking too good. He has lost weight and is not eating or drinking very much. I quarantined him to a cage overnight to observe him closely .... food / water intake, litterbox duty, etc. He ate / drank very little. I watched him do a poopy in the litterbox, and it was nice and firm ... so that was at least a bit of a small relief. I now have him back in my bedroom, so that I can force as much canned food and vitamins in him as I can .. but I am getting that old familiar feeling that I am fighting a losing battle. His gums are really pale.I fear that he may have Feline Leukemia. Tomorrow I have to keep baby Jenna all day, so unless he makes a real turn for the worst, then it will be Tuesday before I can have him tested. Please say a prayer for this precious little boy .... as usual, we all have fallen pretty hard for him! Another MAJOR concern is that if he is positive, then that pretty well says that his mother, Freida is a carrier, and most likely her newborn babies could be as well!
