Our Sweet Harry

Two weeks ago we to had make the decision we all never want to make. It was time for Harry to go over the Rainbow Bridge. To us Harry was just a 17 lb. kid in a fuzzy tabby suit. Harry could charm the pants off of most people with his beguiling ways of head bonking, kitty kisses, purring and an occassional slobbering on you neck. Harry was 17 and had lived quite a life. He and his 3 siblings were in a box placed on my husbands truck! We found homes for his sisters and kept him. Or should I say he decided to stay with us. He did the usual things our kitties do slept on the bed, sat in the window to catch the sun and caugh every mole, vole and chipmunck in the garden. He was a good teacher and friend to our other 4 fuzzy kids.
Hunting in the garden one day, Harry happened upon a spider and consumed the spider. An emergency trip to the vet and a 6 day stay at the hospital, I.V.s, and lots of medicine saved him. The spider left an enzyme in his liver and nearly killed him. He was fine until about a year ago and started having siezures or strokes. We babied him, loved him and carried him when he couldn't walk to the litter. But, that is what we are supposed to do for those we love. Our fuzzy pets give us all of their love and don't ask for a thing in return.

Harry is now with the Pet Angel Army in Disney World where they are having the time of thier Lives!!
They are So Happy as there are Rides,and Food everywhere.
And Harry knows that you miss him,and is making a list in Orlando that you can go to together when you meet again,and the LOVE continues.

I am so sorry to hear about your beloved friend. I know it can be hard on you, your family and your other pets. I'm so sorry for your loss.It's so hard losing someone so dear to you.Gosh.I wonder what kind of Spider that was a year ago.Sounds like a nasty Spider.(spiders give me the creeps).Even MORE now.Harry's your Angel protecting you now.He's resting and happy that he was loved so much in life.He was very fortunate to have you.
