Today is already they day from h-e-c-k...
I am so burning mad right now... I got a call from the mortgage company. It seems my last payment was "late". How was it late, I ask. Well, you only paid $x amount when it was supposed to be $z amount. What???? We paid according to the payment book.
Noooo.... it seems we accrued fees last month while trying to refinance the house. Lets see, the fees totaled near $100 (thats right one hundred dollars!) They charged $10 just to PULL THE FILE. $25 TO FAX PROOF to the possible new mortgage company. Another $10 for FAX CONFIRMATION... oh the list goes on until it amounted to nearly $100... oh, and joy, lets not forget the fee we get for being "late" beause our mortgage payment didn't include those lovely fees!
And to top it all off... the new mortgage FELL THROUGH because they sent out an IDIOT who appraised our house at thousands UNDER what we paid for it.... 3 years ago! Strange when property values have skyrocketed around here.
So now we WERE going to go through the whole process again with another mortgage lender to see if they can get competent appraisers out to see us... but now I'm not sure if we will because I don't want to accrue another $100 in fees for the same thing!

Hubby was in a minor accident - on my way to the body shop for an estimate now.
AND
My dear sweet lovely Abby was spayed and is having a really hard tiem about it. I am heartborken she is in so much pain.
