I'm really not sure either. *hee hee* Something that could help is doing a google search on pregnant mice. Sorry I couldn't help, but a website on mice could.

The only thing it didn't really answer was "Can I handle the pups".

I've read that you should wait to handle them for about a week because the mother mouse will kill them.. But, I'm not sure..
I know with rats you should handle them from day 1.

I had baby mice once. Anyways they do all the work, i had to remove the male, because he will eat them. She will do all the work. Make sure she has nesting material to make a bed and be able to hide them and keep them warm. She will be a good mom, and she will teach you everything. Mice are very good at this. But some mice just eat their babies and forget it. But Im sure she will be fine. When they get older she will teach them to come out and teach them where the food is, use a water bottle not a water bowl.. this is a very fast process. They get big fast. They are pink when born, and begin to get hair quickley. You will know when its time to get rid of them. Do they have anywhere to go?

When I was younger my mice used to have babies. I think I was about 10 years old and I handled it fine. I honestly don't remember what I did and when, but the mother did most of the work. I think a quick google search would help. Don't worry, it's not too hard.

It depends on the mother if she trusts you she will let you. I wouldn't chance it till they were a bit older though...

how old they are when they can leave the mom?
between 4 and 6 weeks. DONT TAKE THEM TO A PET SHOP!

how old males are when first sexually mature...
Usually 5 weeks, but a lot of people seperate them at earlier cuz it is possible.

how many babies can a mouse have?
Dunno this one it always depends.

how old when they start eating solid food, and drinking water?
between three and 4 weeks they will be interested in food, but will still go to mom for milk.

    Good Luck Hope I helped

Atleast if you bring them to Petcetera there is a better chance they won't be used as feeders. Mice at Total Pet are only $2, so of course they are used as feeders..not many people want to pay twice that for a feeder mouse.
