New addition postponed

Well I call them today and my friends partner hasn't had a chance to say goodbye to Rachel. So we changed the date to Saturday. After I get out of work and my friend gets out of work she will be coming over with her partner and Rachel.

but seriously, it is nice that they want to say a proper good bye. I am sure it isn't easy to give her up.

Wow! It will be hard to say good bye, even knowing their baby is going to a good home. I would cry and cry and cry and cry and cry and cry and...... well, you get the idea.. I cry when I leave mine when I go back to work, knowing I will see them in a month!

Suprisingly it isn't that disappointing. Just because I tried to put my self in their shoes and I know I would want a few extra days. I also know I would try to prolong it as much as I could. Like I explained to my friend, I am more than happy to wait until this weekend. If they need to take a few extra days then they can. It just gives me more time to go shopping for the new baby. I am trying to think positive for the most part. At times it does get to me and I do get bummed out about it. Oh well, only a few more days of foot tapping... My leg muscles are going to be very sore by the time I get done tapping. Lol.
