More photos from Camp VT 11/15/04

Denver has a never-ending interest in finding little Cinnamon. She is behind this closed door right now.

Mom went to PETCO over the weekend and bought us all new tents. It seems that Denver ATE the other polar fleece tent.....so Mom bought some that are made for ferrets. She has promised to keep Denver away from this one. Chloe has enjoyed this more than any of the cats.

We have been without heat until just today, so on a sunny day like yesterday, the cats loved to bake in the sun. Miley and Juni have a tender moment.

    More photos

I do believe this face is Juni's. Maybe Barbara can tell the difference!

And I am almost positive that this IS Miley girl.

Oh, I don't know one cat from the other. What silly person gets three of the same cat? Does that make sense? What was I thinking.....

We all hope you enjoyed the photos. Cinnamon was on vacation during this picture shoot.

    Love to all,
    SAS

When I compare the dark arrow tip marks to the corner of the eyes, the marks are farther apart in this picture, than in the second.

Fortunately there is no picture of Chloe, I think.

    Cute pictures SAS!
Yes I agree Sara, it is important that the kitty accessories match the decor.
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, champagne in one hand and strawberries in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and screaming WOO HOO - What a Ride!

Yay! Pictures of my favorite little campers!
You don't have to wait for Barbara to post to tell the difference between Juni and Miley because I can tell.
Juni is in the first photo, she always has big bright eyes.
Miley is in the second photo because she has that Mad Miley look with the more pronounced "M" on her forehead.
Now that Chloe is bigger, are you confusing her with Miley more?
I always thought they would look more like each other than like Juni who is one of a kind.
Hugs to all the furkids from me.
    RIP sweet Samantha

Sallyanne, it seems that some of our friends know your kitty faces better than you do! LOL!!!! Whoever they are, they are simply beautiful! I'm so glad to get a peek at them, and I love seeing the funny bunny, Denver, looking for his sister!!!! Too cute!!!!

Beautiful kitties, Sallyanne. I like the ferret tent. That small opening looks like it will make the tent more fun.

    Am I really their MOM?

Isn't it funny that I have such a hard time telling them apart. I can usually identify them by their behavior more than anything. The first photo of the cat in the tent is Chloe.

Miley and Juni will not go in that tent in the photo and yet Chloe spends her time dragging toys inside and then flipping the entire tent across the living room floor. It is quite the sight! I also bought new toys, like we really need them, and Chloe plays with all three, one at a time, growling the entire time. She runs through the house with toy in mouth as though she has captured her prey. What a little goof ball. The toys are felt with feathers attached to the top. I think she thinks they are birds. Miley and Juni have been watching Chloe closely.....but still haven't figured out what is going on with her!

The cat bed was purchased at Home Goods. They have great deals from time to time. The cover slips off for washing......They seem to like it....but they like my bed more!

And yes, I cannot tell my cats apart in some photos......sorry. I never have made a big deal of my inability to tell them apart. It happens in real time too.......I love them all, equally and can tell you more about their sleeping habits than anything else!

Now that my camera is working again, I shall try to catch more photos.

Right now Cinnamon and Denver are in Cinnamon's room for the night. Although I made a fort for Denver, out on the porch, I cannot bring myself to leave him out over night. I have them in an unheated room at night and let Denver out on the porch all day, if the temperatures are high enough. I am a worry wart, for sure.

We have a friend who cannot tell our male Aby Mango from our female Aby Peaches... she calls them "The Twins". Peaches is tiny weighing only 6 pounds (2.7 kg) and looks different than Mango who weighs 8.5 pounds (3.9 kg). Even so, there's times when I don't know who is getting into trouble...

I agree with everyone: the first picture with the cats looking sidewise is Juni, the third one is Miley. However I have to object to the "mad Miley" look- to me it's always sweet Miley! I love that girl as if she would be my own!

I think in the last picture it's Miley in front and maybe Chloe in the background! Chloe is looking more like Miley as she grows. When I was there I found it was very easy to tell them apart when you saw them all or if you saw a single one resting. When they were darting through the room however, it was very difficult

Juni is a little darker than Miley. Although both are ruddy, Juni has more sorrel-color in her

I love their new tent- Chloe sure knows how to look good in a place

I miss them all! Why oh why isn't there a cheap flight between Munich and Burlington
