    I can't believe I missed Zam's birthday!

    Zam's birthday/gotcha day is November 8th. It was then that this scrawny runt of a calico came waltzing into my life. What a fine 'plush' lady she's grown into!

    Your mom has had a lot on her mind lately, with your daddy-to-be very ill and your sister Kia acting a little silly. So please understand when your birthday celebration is a little belated. I know, it is hard to understand when we do not get the undivided attention we deserve, but, as princesses we must show our people some forgiveness.

    Since I'll be spending most of my time at the hospital, my parents decided to keep Kia this weekend. So Zam got extra attention last night and this morning.

    She's turned into quite the lap lover. The second I sit down she's there.
